Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
