Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily dining operations, including staff scheduling, table management, and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all dining areas.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of waitstaff, hosts, and bussers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and implement service recovery strategies to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dining service to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, private dining, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and wine/beverage knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
