Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
- Handle payments efficiently using POS systems and provide itemized receipts with a smile.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or special events to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel (preferably in a high-volume or international setting).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
