Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
  • Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction with their meals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and clearing used dishes.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and minimize wait times.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with restaurant policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality role (preferred but not required; training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
