Responsibility
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present revenue reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to optimize inventory and distribution channels.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through upselling, packaging, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies in all revenue-related activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve revenue performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
