Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to the highest standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and recommend new drink recipes to enhance the hotel’s beverage menu.
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory, including restocking and tracking supplies.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service during events and peak hours.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, or upscale bar (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and beverage innovation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
