Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guest preferences.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment by adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and treatment details for personalized service.
- Collaborate with the spa team to promote and upsell spa packages and retail products.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of various spa treatments, products, and techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for managing appointments and guest records.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
