Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions using our spa management software.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions to guests.
- Coordinate with therapists and wellness staff to ensure smooth service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including restocking brochures, refreshments, and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and preparing daily reports for the spa manager.
- Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or wellness.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, French) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with spa management software (e.g., Mindbody, Phorest) is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, or Balinese culture is a bonus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the spa’s operating schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
