Responsibility
- Assist in sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with suppliers and clients.
- Serve as a primary contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and operational reports.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis for business development.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or supply chain management is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali.
