Responsibility

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, client bookings, and service delivery to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of therapists and front-desk staff to uphold Jaens Spa’s service standards and brand reputation.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies to maintain operational readiness and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue, including upselling treatments, memberships, and retail products.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services through social media, partnerships, and local events.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including regular inspections and staff training.
  • Prepare performance reports, analyze KPIs, and propose improvements to enhance profitability and guest retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management, hospitality, or a related leadership role, preferably in a luxury or wellness setting.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service excellence.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
