Responsibility
- Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, client bookings, and service delivery to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of therapists and front-desk staff to uphold Jaens Spa’s service standards and brand reputation.
- Monitor and optimize inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies to maintain operational readiness and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue, including upselling treatments, memberships, and retail products.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services through social media, partnerships, and local events.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including regular inspections and staff training.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze KPIs, and propose improvements to enhance profitability and guest retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management, hospitality, or a related leadership role, preferably in a luxury or wellness setting.
- Proven ability to manage teams, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Deep understanding of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems, booking software, and basic financial reporting.
