Responsibility
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks and storage spaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling according to established guidelines.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen supplies as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen assistant role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
