Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely, courteous manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and utensils.
- Handle payments accurately and provide itemized receipts when requested.
- Resolve guest complaints with diplomacy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
