Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support operational needs.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, including incident logs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve workflows.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
