Responsibility

  • Manage motorcycle rental bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-rental inspections of all units to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with mechanics for maintenance, repairs, and fleet readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer agreements using administrative systems.
  • Develop and manage rental schedules to optimize fleet utilization and availability.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and multilingual (English/Indonesian) assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/transaction reconciliations.
  • Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or rental operations (motorcycle/vehicle rental preferred).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • High attention to detail, especially in vehicle inspections and administrative tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., spreadsheets, booking systems) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints or logistical challenges calmly.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and familiarity with motorcycle mechanics is advantageous.
