Responsibility
- Manage motorcycle rental bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-rental inspections of all units to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with mechanics for maintenance, repairs, and fleet readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer agreements using administrative systems.
- Develop and manage rental schedules to optimize fleet utilization and availability.
- Provide clear, friendly, and multilingual (English/Indonesian) assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/transaction reconciliations.
- Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or rental operations (motorcycle/vehicle rental preferred).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- High attention to detail, especially in vehicle inspections and administrative tasks.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., spreadsheets, booking systems) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints or logistical challenges calmly.
- Valid Indonesian driverâs license (SIM C) and familiarity with motorcycle mechanics is advantageous.
