Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and special customer requests.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary to promote safe alcohol service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Develop and suggest new cocktail recipes, staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or restaurant (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of liquor).
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance.
