We are seeking a passionate and skilled culinary professional to create exceptional dining experiences in some of the island’s most prestigious locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients while adhering to international food safety and hygiene standards. Whether you specialize in Indonesian cuisine or global flavors, your creativity and expertise will contribute to memorable guest experiences in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or fine-dining establishments.

Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and special dietary requirements.
- Ensure all meals are presented attractively and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, hygiene standards).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to portion control and cost management guidelines to optimize profitability.
- Handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chef or Cook in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
- Proven ability to prepare Indonesian and/or international cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent knife skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in food handling or culinary arts is advantageous.
