Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinate and confirm reservations for dining, transportation, tours, and special events, ensuring flawless execution.
- Offer expert local knowledge, including recommendations for cultural experiences, hidden gems, and luxury amenities in Bali.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve inquiries or concerns with discretion and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local partnerships to provide accurate information.
- Handle sensitive guest requests with confidentiality and tact, adhering to Rafflesā high standards of privacy.
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge, guest services, or luxury hospitality role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Baliās tourism landscape, including cultural sites, luxury vendors, and logistical considerations.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a recognized hospitality institution (e.g., Les Clefs dāOr) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
