Responsibility
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special promotions aligned with guest preferences and market trends.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B outlets.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Front Office) to ensure seamless service delivery for events and functions.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for F&B operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a keen eye for detail.
