Responsibility

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support in the assembly and plating of dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, blenders, and ovens, under supervision.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock.
  • Follow proper food storage procedures to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as per company and local guidelines.

Qualifications

  • No prior kitchen experience required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Passion for food and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a culinary environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
