Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets resort standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or a related role (luxury resorts/hotels preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
