Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets resort standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or a related role (luxury resorts/hotels preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
