Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to SACRA UBUD’s standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
- Take and process orders accurately, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with daily opening/closing procedures.
- Educate customers about our menu offerings, including specialty drinks, local ingredients, and brewing methods.
- Uphold SACRA UBUD’s brand values through professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferably in hospitality or F&B).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
