Responsibility
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and Boolean searches.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent markets.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting Sagilityâs culture, values, and career opportunities across digital platforms.
- Provide data-driven insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire to optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR, preferably in BPO, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of sourcing high-volume, niche, or hard-to-fill roles using innovative techniques.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and KPIs.
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
