Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR documents.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to support HR initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating with departments.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Provide general support to the HR department as needed, including data entry and reporting.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve HR processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is a plus but not required.
- Available for a minimum of 3-6 months (flexible based on academic requirements).
