Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand staffing needs and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and Boolean logic to identify and engage passive candidates who meet specific role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, providing detailed feedback to recruitment stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand the talent pool and enhance employer branding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or temporary role.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment trends in Bali and surrounding regions is a plus.
