Responsibility
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, and familiarity with database design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about long-term technical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical teams.
- Certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) or cloud platforms are a plus.
