Responsibility
- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain high-level and detailed IT architecture designs, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, developers, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Technology Evaluation: Research, assess, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Solution Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, standards, and governance policies.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in IT architecture, solution design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise applications (ERP, CRM), and integration technologies (APIs, microservices).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and design scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL) are a strong plus.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends in ICT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
