Responsibility
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ERP systems for diverse enterprise clients.
- Provide expert technical consulting and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of IT services.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training manuals for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements to prevent downtime.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical escalations and solution troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in technology solution development or ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of IT Solutions and Services industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and mapping them to technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
