Responsibility
- Assist in the design, integration, and deployment of complex network solutions for large-scale enterprise and telecom clients.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring high availability and optimal service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new network features and hardware implementations.
- Support the documentation of network architecture diagrams, configuration scripts, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on 5G, Cloud, and AI-driven networking trends.
- Conduct field site visits to support equipment installation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Analyze data traffic patterns to provide insights for network optimization and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Fresh graduates (0-1 year of experience) with a strong academic record are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical systems.
- Proficiency in basic programming or scripting (Python, Shell, or Java) is highly desirable.
