Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and create technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Mentor development teams on best practices for customization, integration, and extensibility in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovations to enhance client solutions.
- Ensure seamless deployment and adoption through user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM implementations, including customizations and integrations.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) or Power Platform are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Synapse) and API integrations (REST, OAuth).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize CRM workflows for efficiency.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience and familiarity with DevOps practices for CRM solutions.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
