Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust technology solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on architecture best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Work closely with development teams to oversee the execution of architectural designs and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance the company's service offerings.
- Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure the integrity and performance of implemented solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and software development.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API design, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about long-term solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global or regional capacity, preferably within the APAC region.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
