Responsibility
- Design and architect scalable SD-WAN solutions tailored to enterprise needs, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Lead the implementation and migration of SD-WAN technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing network infrastructures to identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into robust network solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in SD-WAN and network technologies, ensuring Accenture remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, SD-WAN certifications) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade network solutions, with a strong focus on SD-WAN.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with leading SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, or Fortinet Secure SD-WAN.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a global or distributed team environment, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
- Familiarity with cloud networking, security best practices, and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python) is highly desirable.
