Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support across regional teams and business users.
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify opportunities for SAP optimization and automation.
- Coordinate with IT and functional teams to resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SAP documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with global IT teams.
- Train end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices to improve adoption and proficiency.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system usage, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SAP Analyst or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Strong understanding of business processes in aerospace, manufacturing, or supply chain industries (preferred).
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, ABAP, or other SAP-related scripting languages is a plus.
- Certification in SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
