Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, workstations, and server systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular system testing, evaluations, and performance monitoring to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage and repair IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and best practices to safeguard organizational data.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support, network administration, or systems management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware, storage systems, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL) are a plus.
