Responsibility
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AI-powered products and solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and document AI model performance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and tutorials for internal and external users.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ (experience with AI libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
