Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improvements.
- Manage and configure servers, storage systems, and virtual environments.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical IT incidents outside of business hours.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in IT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with IT security principles and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL) are a plus.
