Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions in the service desk system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees.
- Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and improve IT policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
