Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and business needs, proposing innovative technical solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architectures, workflows, and user manuals.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in software development practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with database design, SQL, and API integrations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
