Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software support across all departments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Design, implement, and manage IT training programs to enhance employees' technical skills and digital literacy.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems, to ensure reliability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
- Generate reports and analytics on IT performance, usage, and incidents to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, IT service management tools, and basic programming/scripting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
