Responsibility
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, showcasing AIDC, networking, and communication solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to validate solution feasibility.
- Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses and solution design.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to position Harrismaâs offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and tenders with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in post-sales handover to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or a similar role within the ICT, networking, or AIDC industry.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, wireless communication, and AIDC technologies (barcode, RFID, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of solution selling and customer-facing technical support.
- Familiarity with Handy Talkies (two-way radios) and other communication devices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
