Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global accounting standards.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of financial processes, including general ledger, subledger accounting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize financial workflows by integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and automating manual processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements through robust system controls and validation.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and internal teams on Oracle Cloud Financials best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maximize ROI for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS), General Ledger, and Subledger Accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and multi-GAAP reporting frameworks.
- Experience leading full-cycle implementations (requirements gathering, design, testing, go-live, and support).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Financials (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist) is highly preferred.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
