Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level BI solutions, including data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and Power BI dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable data models to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify data needs, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Optimize and maintain existing BI systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
- Mentor and guide junior BI analysts and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in BI, data visualization, and analytics tools, and recommend new technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, compelling data visualizations and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, SQL, SSIS/SSAS, and other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse design (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Redshift).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or DAX for advanced analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in the food industry, FMCG, or supply chain analytics is highly desirable.
