Responsibility
- Conduct field sales visits to identify and engage potential clients for solar energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Perform site inspections and assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of solar energy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, from bidding to installation.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and their applications is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
