Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different interaction styles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
