Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive performance and exceed KPIs.
- Manage and expand key accounts, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and retail chains, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize product distribution and promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-location role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and sales strategies in the F&B sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
