Responsibility
- Design, install, and commission rooftop solar PV systems in compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility and optimize system performance.
- Perform electrical and mechanical installations, including DC and AC wiring, inverters, and mounting structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver solutions tailored to specific energy needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in solar technology.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in solar PV system installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including DC and AC circuits.
- Familiarity with solar design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Valid certification in solar PV installation (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
