Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facility infrastructure to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and expansions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff and contractors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial machinery.
- Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
