Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project development, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, QA) and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and post-project reviews to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
