Responsibility
- Design and engineer electrical systems for Solar PV (Photovoltaic) plants, including AC/DC circuits, inverters, and grid integration.
- Develop and review technical documentation, such as schematics, single-line diagrams, and system layouts, ensuring compliance with national and international standards (e.g., PLN, SNI, IEC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, civil engineers, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses to optimize system performance.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems in operational solar plants.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in renewable energy and electrical engineering.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for Solar PV systems or similar renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, PVsyst, or Helioscope).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PLN, SNI) and international standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Experience with grid-tied and off-grid solar systems, including inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally other regions in Indonesia.
