Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including wiring faults, inverter malfunctions, and system inefficiencies, with minimal downtime.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Monitor system performance metrics (e.g., energy output, voltage levels) and generate reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., LOLA, PLN standards), and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to install, upgrade, or decommission solar assets as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and service logs using digital tools.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients or junior technicians when required.
Qualifications
- Certified Wireman (Ahli K3 Listrik) or Chargeman (LOLA) license (mandatory for electrical work in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in solar PV system maintenance, electrical installations, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems, inverters, string combiners, and battery storage technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and O&M manuals.
- Proficiency in using multimeters, I-V curve tracers, thermal imaging cameras, and other diagnostic tools.
- Physical fitness to work outdoors in tropical conditions, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment (up to 25 kg), and working at heights.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) for reporting and client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
