Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on solar PV systems, inverters, and associated electrical components.
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify and diagnose technical issues, faults, or performance degradation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on energy output, efficiency, and potential improvements.
- Collaborate with the O&M team to implement corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and system logs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV system maintenance, O&M, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and electrical wiring.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, data monitoring tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites in Bali.
